Even though Laifen has a EU website and says they ship to european countries, that's not entirely true. They could not ship my shaver to Lithuania due to battery regulations or something. I has to forward the shipment to a 3rd party company adress and ship it to my country that way. Thus paying more for shipping. Be careful about the shipping and maybe ask support agents for help before ordering.

The website is very misleading. If you are not going to ship from your German warehouse to allow for the so called "faster delivery to Europe" you should make it very clear that items may or may no arrive from China.

Very long delay with delivery, I was starting to think it would never arrive but once here it was good. The only thing to improve would have been the delivery person to knock the door or ring the bell instead of leaving in the door step and running. I was at home and could have gone out to bring it in.

I tried this electric razor. I wasn't satisfied with the speed and quality of the shave. I have to admit, it was the best electric razor I've ever used, but it doesn't compare to the wet shaving performance of cheap, disposable double-blade razors. I returned this product using the shipping label provided by Laifen customer service. The package was shipped and delivered correctly 3 days ago. Still no contact, no refund.
