The return process and the sizing of the t shirts. I hate the fee I have to pay for wrong sizing by your manufacturer of the shirts. It leaves a very bad taste your mouth and hard to support a great idea. The sirt sizing really detracted from the experience and I will not order again as I dont want the hassle of returning and paying a fee. I won't even try a hoodie at all!!
