I thought I was getting hard copy. Downloadable files don't cut it at these prices

I thought the reports would be sent to me. Nowhere did it state I would have to copy my own reports. Also, the tips are not anything that was not previously taught to me.

The initial ordering process didn't collect my email address so I didn't initially receive the email with instructions on how to download. But after I emailed their customer service, they emailed it to me right away.
