Although the first shipment was completely wrong. It was fixed incredibly fast. I’m not going to lie, I was extremely unsatisfied when i received the first delivery. I sent a message. Received a label, sent it out the next day, and surprisingly they shipped out the correct order the same day.
So even though I was severely unhappy then, I believe they completely made up for that with them fixing the mistake that incredibly fast.
They went from me stating “I will never order from them again” to “i would order from them again”. I appreciate the fast and efficient correction of this order. Thank you.
