It was a little annoying to have to return the shoes to get a refund and to reorder them again at the sale price (shoe went on sale the next day after they arrived). But K-SWISS issued the refund right way and it was a technical issue with their software that prevents them from issuing credits because of price differences. The service agent was GREAT about explaining - but this is something they should work out. Would hate to lose customers over this.
