I found shipping to be quick, which was great. Customer service is also very professional, but also a bit slow. The return process also seems over the top- the need for several back and forth emails, pictures, pics of packaging, all for store credit? I would love to try Amariah again but the return experience makes me hesitant.
Also the reason for my return was because the sizing was completely off. I purchased an M sized dress, but it measured more like an S based on your size chart.

Great experience, website was great! The only thing I would say is that the tracking link was not updating and would show only the origin location of where it was with no estimated delivery date. So I wasn’t sure if it would arrive in time for Eid or not. Thankfully it did. The material and dress was beautiful and quality is great.
