Poor service...had to chase customer service...conflicting information on the website and the box the the socks or shipped in related to sizing. Online says to size down...the packaging says to size up. Based on this my initial sizing was incorrect...no return excepted...only offer was 50% off next purchase plus shipping despite it not being my error.
