Had trouble getting the product. I ordered it on 2/11/26 and it didn’t arrive until 3/5/26. I was out of town and it was difficult to track it down. But BandsCo Straps did help me find it. It was just frustrating, especially since my house sitter didn’t get it. It was left in a locker that the USPS uses. But we had our mail held, so didn’t even think to look there. The actual delivery box location wasn’t sent to me. I didn’t see it until BandsCo straps intervened.

I told Steve in a couple of different emails that I did not like the band and when he sent the replacement, he sent the exact band I didn't like and not the band I asked to have it replaced with. When in a customer service business, you should listen to your customers.
