A phone number to reach a company is a must for me now. If no phone number I will not order. The mailbox arrived in a timely fashion. I opened the box immediately. I knew soon after that the mailbox was not the right fit and sent an email informing VSons I would be returning and please send a UPS mailing label. Getting a label took up most of the 7 days I had to ship the mailbox back.
