When I purchased the ebook it came with instructions explaining which file I would need depending on how I was going to read the book. Then clear instructions were sent to help me download the file and upload it to the kindle. Then a follow up email was sent in case I had had any trouble and needs more assistance. It’s a shame it’s not more seamless yet the whole process was very easy. And if it gets a higher percent of the purchase price to the author, then I’m all for it.
