Unfortunately, the experience from start to finish has shown a serious lack of attention to detail and coordination. Given the amount of money involved in this purchase, this level of service does not give me confidence moving forward. If there have already been multiple mistakes and miscommunications during the planning phase, it naturally raises concerns about the possibility of the final product being delivered incorrectly as well.
