Hello, I haven't received my order yet. I’ve been trying to contact you, but I haven't received a response. I want to return the product and get a refund for the amount I paid; I would like this resolved as soon as possible.

Never got my shipment. Sent emails asking about it but never got any replies. Waste of money

I did not get my order, did not get a single reply to my mails, and then got asked how was my experience. Feel like I got scammed hard...

"This is an absolute scam website. I ordered on January 5th, but they never shipped the item and completely ignored my emails for months. They only sent a fake shipping notification without any tracking number when I filed a dispute. I only managed to get my money back because my credit card company forcefully intervened and processed a chargeback. Do not waste your time and money here—they are thieves."

Took more than a month to get delivered when it said 5-10 days. Quality isn’t what is on the pictures. Definitely wouldn’t buy here again.

Worst shopping experience, I ordered the cars two months ago for Valentine’s Day to give to my boyfriend but I didn’t get the cars till today. I already paid the amount but still I am not getting the car. If you can’t give the cars to me, please give me my money back.

The Supra model was great.

The cars shown in the store page don't match what I got from them, smaller than it looks and isn't even the same car design shown. The packages also got a bit wrecked. In summary, this is almost a complete scam.
