I have tried now to order a jacket, pants and gloves from your website and all of them were the wrong size. On top of that, I am on the hook for more than $125 for return shipping. I ended up buying a jacket on Amazon and have until the end of January to return it free of charge.
While I thought the look, feel and price of the jacket were great, the size and return frustration will probably prevent me from shopping with you again.
