You make it literally impossible to reach anyone even your phone number that is listed on your website doesn’t work

When I received the item the charging port was messed up and unable to charge. It was broken inside

No response to my emails or calls . Terrible service

Haven’t received a call back on issues with purchase. Was delivered to wrong house and showed up taped up as the bag was opened. Hat didn’t record would power on. Know how to operate and read the operator manual as well. Put a email in and no response when it showed delivered and no response when I messaged about it not working. After that figured I purchased a junk product and am out of $70. Currently the had is in the dump as I have had no response. I want a refund. Thx

Disappointed in very expensive product I thought I was getting what I paid for. Leather Tissue Box is wonderful at first until you go to use it and the battery won't keep a charge.

They are horrible

Products don’t work, appears previously used, waste of money. Instructions came in Chinese had to contact seller who sent the English version instructions, which didn’t help at all. I requested twice for a full refund and both requests are being ignored. DO NOT PURCHASE.
