Shipping and order process was great, I had one issue with a part being manufactured incorrectly and the part was quickly replaced and shipped without issue. Shipping delays were frustrating but cannot overly complain because the company was open about the delay at checkout and for the most part was accurate on when the parts arrived.

The products are good but the service could be better. There was no update on delivery time unless I contacted them. The unit was slightly delayed, the bench was delivered with holes and missing pieces and the installer left several nuts loose. So overall, good product but service is lacking a bit.
