I wish only a deposit was required to start the project and then you pay the rest if you’re happy with the result. I realized I wasn’t going to get the shelf that was advertised online after the first few emails, but since I had already paid and the company doesn’t allow cancellations I was stuck getting whatever they sent me. Unprofessional to advertise with images of a shelf you cannot replicate, the whole experience felt like false advertising, very disappointing.
