I ordered 2 teas, Japanese bamboo tray and a gaiwan set. They devided my order into 3 separate packages because apparently they cant ship tea with non food items. Shipping was the worst of any place ive ever ordered from. It took over a month to receive the first part of the order. There were items missing. The company they use to deliver will leave your items unattended and unsecured and then claim item was delivered. They did make up for the missing items though. Sadly ill never purchase again
