The initial chat was great. After submitting the order, we went for over a week with no updates. We sent several chats and emails, and frankly we were getting worried that it had been a scam. When we finally heard from someone, we were told the designer had been out. More updates would have been better. But in the end, we were very please with the shirt and will use the website again.
