I got a particular item custom made but they made it way too big and It looks disproportionate . I can't even tell them it correct it because they told me at the time of customisation that if anything doesn't fit then we won't be able to do anything as its custom made for you. they should at least give the customer the option to get the item corrected for which they paid more than the Mrp.
