So far not great was looking fir a winch plate could not find one on the Xbull site except for a cradle. I contacted Xbull and ask them if they had a winch plate or could recommend a winch plate and also.let then know I don't want the cradle and they sent me info on their cradle. It's odd that a company doesn't carry a winch plate for their product
