If I had bought one of these that wiegh only 30gms I would have had to pay $30.00 postage. So I bought 2 along with the awning hooks. A total of 120gms and $30.00 in postage. You had me over a barrell vas
I need the adjustable knob. I have left negative reviews on as many review sites as I found possible and will continue this as I find more. Whilst i understand that large items may require your postage rates, to apply those tares to small lightweight items is a blatant rip-off.

when the order was placed it made me think it was in stock and ready to ship, then i didnt hear anything for two weeks. when i contacted awnlux they told me it was on back order and had just arrived. it was shipped out pretty quick when they had it on hand but it would have been nice to know it was on back order or waiting for delivery for the two weeks i was in limbo.
