Pretty good customer service, just some inconsistent information which was confusing/ frustrating. The cost is reasonable, but some of the quality isn’t quite as good as a common name brand of compression wear that I’ve had before; the value is maybe in line with the cost, but not necessarily better than a more expensive brand. I would still recommend YoU Compression Wear: the majority of staff are really helpful & knowledgeable, & the cost makes an important medical product more accessible.
