I don't like it, I think the pictures are not really true to the colors of some items and also the materials descriptions says leather but its more plastic than anything else. So in the shopping experience you feel tricked.

Lonza made it very easy for me to return my size 8.5 boots for the size 8 boot.

Size are not accurate

I am very discouraged and disappointed about the return policy and service. Can’t get no one on the phone and I’m still waiting for them to send me the return label so I can return those shoes that I pay $180 that can not wear them. Do to foot problem And I was looking forward to order some more stuff from you. But not any longer.

Return policy is awful for shoes that do not run true to size at all. Will not purchase again from Lonza.
