This company offers no such thing as customer support. I purchased additional shipping protection in case the item was lost or damaged that was completely useless as I have contacted the company at least five times requesting a replacement and nothing has been written or sent to me my request to be completely ignored. This is not the kind of experience. I wish to have with any company that I deal with.
