So you want a review for the sweatshirt order placed Feb 5? Couldn't tell you... because we still haven't received the order - it's now March 23rd. Emailed several times and got generic answers. Guess why? Put it through an AI detector, I wasn't actually emailing a real person! All AI generated answers. There is no phone number for customer service and the chat box is all automated responses. As soon as I mentioned that they never offered to refund my money... crickets. Ghosted by AI. Thieves!
