I placed an order on 12/1, it’s now 12/11 and no info, shipping time says 3-5 days, order placed on 11/30 came within a week, can’t get any solid communication from the company, they lost an order I placed on 12/1 yet have the payment and again…COMMUNICATION AND TRYING TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT YOUR PAID MERCHANDISE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
