i do not mind the pillows, but there was an automatic ticked box for 2 eye masks, that was so small I did not see it.
i was not aware of the cost, or the items until they arrived.
not a good sales point from a customer point of view.

I am absolutely FURIOUS. I placed an order for two jackets on 22/06/25 and spent over $300, and I STILL have not received anything. The tracking claims it was “delivered,” but I never received a single thing. No package. No delivery card. Nothing. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, and I’ve either been completely ignored or brushed off with generic, unhelpful replies. This is beyond frustrating — it feels like I’ve been robbed. FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!
