The starter arrived in about a week. I immediately fed the regular starter and made bread—it was perfect. Beautiful rise, window-pane stage came quickly, and it made the best bread. I haven’t used the chocolate starter yet. The only suggestion would be to include feeding directions specifically for the chocolate starter.
