Think you should make it perfectly clear that buying multiple bottles automatically enrol you into a subscription as I now have many bottle of a shampoo that is making little to no difference.
Also if you had informed me when I first asked to cancel my subscription I needed to do so myself on your website. Fortunately you did tell me the second time once I’d received even more bottles.
This doesn’t see your brand in a good light in anyway. Building mistrust is a mistake for any brand.
