Well’ I have been advised by my hairdresser that unfortunately the product is not suitable for my hair. I am trying to get a free return label’ refund and cancel subscription. I have reached out several times. Can I pls have this resolved

When I first ordered the shampoo I didn’t intend to set up a subscription. I wanted to try it first to see how well it works before ordering more. So I did cancel the subscription and if I like how the shampoo does I will order more and set up a subscription then

I mean, I thought the bottles would be bigger like they show on the advertisement cause he’s a little itty-bitty bottles are not what they showed so I’m thinking of buying those bottles and I get little teeny, tiny sampler bottles food for thought people

Hair I'd growing and getting thicker. I've been using it about 3 weeks I am giving it some time.

Getting to many bottles but can not seem to figure out how to get it slowed down or subscription cancelled.

Quick n effective

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I have repeatedly attempted to cancel my subscription and have received zero response. No acknowledgment, no assistance, nothing. Continuing to charge customers while ignoring cancellation requests feels extremely unprofessional and unfair. If this is how customers are treated, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I expect this matter to be resolved immediately.
