My order was incorrect. The product arrived which was definitely different than the picture. You truly have no customer service - phone # doesn't work and email provides no help. On top of all that you say you have a 14-day guarantee which is a lie. No refunds or exchanges are done. They say they will, but then they review it and tell you since there is no defect it is DENIED. You get what you get, which is a subpar product. I would not recommend your company to anyone.

I need to proceed with an Exchange from a Size Medium to a Size Large. I did not receive any instructions nor a Return Address.

I have been unable to reach ANYONE via [email protected] for help in returning my items. This company lies when they say money back guarantee, returns allowed, etc. They do not respond to emails nor have any thing but a beeping device for u to leave a message at a phone # they have listed on their website yet they do NOT return phone calls. This is a fraudulent company that is scamming people out of their $$$ SO BEWARE!!!
