Zero response to my email inquires.

I need you to pick up this desk and issue a refund. I can’t assemble the desk because several pieces are incorrect.

Despite multiple written confirmations, the desk delivered is not the configuration we ordered. We clearly required a right-hand orientation — instead, we received a left-hand model that cannot be used properly in our space. Great website and easy purchasing experience.

Ordered a silver item, they took weeks to message me saying they don't have the silver one and asked if I wanted the gold one, then I had to wait for the gold one and give a late gift.

Delivery took way longer them estimated. The company is not helpful with delivery details. The thing showed up in a crate. It took 3 hours just to open the crate and get the order into my apartment.
