Two ordered, one received

Best strap I’ve ever purchased. Purchasing online without seeing and holding something is always risky, but this strap is awesome. A couple other straps from other companies I tried will never see the light of day after getting this strap.

Although the strap was ok, the customer service and communication was terrible. I paid for 3 day rush / express shipping and didnt receive it until about 3 weeks later. 3 days after the purchase, I sent emails about the status and was told it had already shipped out earlier that day. Sent another email a week later and was told again it was shipping out later that day and to refund my express shipping cost. Again I Sent another email after another week telling them to cancel and refund my entire

Took too long

Quality band and the finish looks great. Monogramming turned out nice also.

Jack genuinely cares about his clients' experience. I ordered the American Bison Valet Tray for my husband for Christmas and had been closely tracking it's progress during shipping thinking I'd given myself plenty of time before the 25th. Unfortunately, it became apparent the tray had been lost enroute. I reached out to Jack and after verifying, he assured me another would be made and expedited out in time for Christmas. He followed through as committed and my husband loves the tray!
