I used to make my own caramel corn for my family at Xmas time, but health reasons have made that impossible. In saying that, I feel the taste of your caramel is burnt. Maybe your customers prefer that taste, but I don’t. I have mistakenly overcooked mine, and it has had a burnt taste. I’m sorry.
