The customer service and open communication with customers was excellent! I ordered this as a Christmas gift during the busiest time of the year. Due to an influx of orders around the holiday that caused delays, order dates and expected delivery dates were specifically listed on the website which was very helpful. They were very accurate as well. When I reached out to customer service regarding my order they were extremely quick to respond and were very helpful! The candle arrived in perfect condition and was well-packaged. I love the smell and look of it! Will definitely order again in the future!
