We had an absolutely terrible experience with Best Business Signs. We placed an order for a custom office sign, and not only did they deliver it very late, but once we had it mounted, the trim started separating from the sign. When we reached out to them for help, they refused to take responsibility for the defect. Instead of offering a professional repair or replacement, they suggested we fix it ourselves with glue. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to pay for a professional repair or even take the sign back. They offered a very minor reimbursement for the sign defect that will not cover the professional repair. This is completely unacceptable for a business that claims to offer quality products and service. What’s the point of paying for a custom sign if it’s going to fall apart and the company won’t stand behind their product? We are left with a defective sign and no resolution. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Best Business Signs. The customer service is abysmal, and their PK manufactured products clearly don’t hold up.

Seller checks with you every step of the process while the sign is being made- helping you know exactly what you are getting before it arrives. The sign was beautiful quality. My sister in law was thrilled with a new way to show off her blog logo for videos. I sent a photo of a logo that I wasn’t sure could be executed because of the pixel size, but I could not believe the results. This is a no-brainer if you want to show off any logo in a chic way.
