Your customer service is absolutely horrendous. Not how you treat paying customers but I guess this brand is not concerned with customer satisfaction or loyalty whatsoever. You can send multiple reminder emails to write a review but can’t send the product I’ve ordered nor a response for how you plan to remedy your mistake. I’ve never had such terrible service!!! Shame.
