There was a hiccup with in store pick up and it took longer than expected to get my blanket but they made it right! They did all they could to make sure I got it by Christmas (sending it over night) and they included an extra blanket and upped my blanket size to make up for it! I get that mistakes and delays happen but they more than made up for it! I would 100% buy from them again. Quality products, a company that cares about their buyers, solid brand. Thank you for making some Christmas magic!
