Don Roque earns 4 stars from me. The cigars are excellent and I’m very pleased with them. The reason for four stars is the shopping experience. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after my purchase and had to contact customer service to make sure my order went through. Also, the repeated review request emails are a bit annoying. Cigars usually sit in a humidor for a week before smoking, so asking for reviews too quickly feels rushed.
