Primal Herbs changed from a great product to one that is totally different and does nothing for me. Primal Herbs tricked me into thinking I was buying the product I had previously purchased many times. I am very disappointed in the new version of Primal Herbs Volume and will not be purchasing again... unless you go back to the original formula. This purchase was a complete waste of money. I can't trust Primal Herbs any more.

I loved the product, then the formula change occurred, hate the product now. Always had great service. Then you relocated facilities. Waited 6 months for my shipment. Was excited when product arrived. Then discovered the formula had been change to nothing more than a tacky substance that does not work.
