The customer service is always impeccable! My only feedback is when you offer the custom pieces that are 1 of 1, it would be nice to waive the shipping when customers have multiple orders on the same day due to the items selling out so quickly, and having to checkout before browsing the site. Other than this, you're one of few boutiques with excellent customer service.
