I used the FisioRest device as recommended for 15 minutes daily, but unfortunately I did not notice any improvement in my neck pain. The vibration also did not feel deep enough to target my pain points effectively. In addition, I experienced dizziness and nausea during and after use, especially when standing up afterward.

I've had a chronic tight neck for about 6 months. I went to the chiropractor for 5 or 6 sessions which certainly helped, but did not resolve the problem. I've been using the Artuvate FisioRest for about 4 weeks, almost daily, and it has helped a lot. The vibration ranges from gentle to very strong, and along with the heat really helps relax the muscles. I saw complaints in the reviews that the power cord was too short an awkward, but this certainly wasn't the case with the one I received.
