The device started to work and might help. But the massage function abruptly stopped working after three weeks. The light came on, and I could toggle through the settings, but the massage function failed altogether and did nothing for about five weeks. The massage function on the device then abruptly began to work again for no reason I can discern. At present, I've returned to using it as directed, and assuming it functions for 365 days, I will review the results at that time. But caveat emptor.

You can’t even return it normally, I was told that back shipping is on me ( they are located in China) and then they will charge me for the item’s restocking fee. This is absurd. Never ever again I will buy anything from them.
