It was terrible a Hugh mistake to order and the whole process was so forced from company to then just keep 20% of the money I paid for something I emailed I didn’t want almost 6 weeks after order that I never got it then to force one to keep it for 30 days to then have to send countless emails to then be told that now 20% will be taken that part of the return policy is not easy to find at all. It was not what I thought and the process was terrible all th way around

After I ordered it, it took a rather long time to receive it, and I think it was counterproductive with the heat since I had a lot of inflammation I should have been using ice I believe either way I would like to have the information to send it back from my refund that was guaranteed. I think your product would be wonderful for certain people, but in my situation I still had to have surgery.
