This product is essentially just a vibration device. There is no pulsing, kneading, or traction like the marketing implies. The “26-degree stretch” they advertise is simply a fixed, stationary position—it does not provide any actual stretching or cervical traction. The wording and product description are misleading and creates expectations the device simply doesn’t meet. The only feature I found remotely enjoyable was the heating function. Beyond that, this was an absolute waste of money.
