I’m extremely disappointed in the doll sent. From the time I placed the order, I included every detail that I wanted on the doll. From her tan skin, the color of the turtleneck sweater to the small red mole under her eye that was not captured. I also emailed more than once letting you know I was not satisfied with the final product and all I got was a “sorry” instead of trying to fix it. This is something that I have been wanting to do for a very long time to give to somebody as a gift, and now I don’t even want to give it to them. The doll does not look like the picture I sent.
