My overall experience was disappointing. While I have no issue with the product itself, the customer service was poor. I contacted the support team immediately after placing my order to request a small change, but they didn't respond until after the item had already been made and shipped. Instead of trying to help or acknowledging that I had acted straight away, they simply blamed me and referred to their no-refund policy for personalised items.
