It's difficult to login at times. It often says my login doesn't match even when it's saved in my browser and I didn't change my login. Sometimes it works. Also, I never can seem to apply my points to a shopping order either. Finally, my last couple of orders had batteries that didn't work at all or wouldn't hold a charge -lithium is either old or it's just bad product. I can't find where to contact to rectify this. The last order it happened to a couple of batteries. This order all 6 of 6.
