The comms, item and delivery time all great. Unfortunately the outer packaging of the coasters arrived split because of the weight and they hadn't been secured in the envelope. It was a present so it wasn't ideal. But luckily coasters were not damaged so all ok. Just might think about packing glass items a bit more securely. :)
