The overall all shopping experience was fine. The sunscreen balm was just not for my deep skin tone and sensitive skin.

I love the eco containers...I love that the product is only helpful and not harmful in any way.

Utu products are like sample sizes. For the price these products are not worth it. There are so many other and better products available on the market that I would never recommend these products to anyone. And Utu doesn't offer any refund or exchanges, so better stick to products you know and trust. My purchase (multiple products) was a huge disappointment.
