The parcel arrived in my country, but was never delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, the support team asked me to contact the courier company myself, which is not the customer’s responsibility.
There was no clear update, no real effort to fix the situation. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get basic information.
Overall, poor communication and lack of accountability. Would not recommend.
